Sinopsis Drama The One and Only
Ketika Pyo In-Sook (Ahn Eun-Jin) masih kecil, orang tuanya meninggalkannya. Setelah itu, dia diasuh oleh neneknya. Hidupnya tidak pernah mudah atau nyaman. Dia sekarang bekerja di pemandian umum, menggosok tubuh pelanggan. Mekanisme pertahanan dirinya adalah tidak mengungkapkan perasaannya kepada orang lain. Suatu hari, Pyo In-Sook mendengar dari seorang dokter bahwa dia tidak punya banyak waktu lagi untuk hidup dan dia bahkan tidak dapat mengungkapkan perasaannya saat itu. Pyo In-Sook bertemu dua pasien, Se-Yeon (Gang Ye-Won) dan Mi-Do (Joy), di rumah sakit khusus wanita. Se-Yeon adalah ibu rumah tangga biasa, tetapi menjalani kehidupan yang sepi. Mi-Do adalah influencer populer di media sosial.
Sementara itu, Woo-Cheon (Kim Kyung-Nam) terlibat dalam kasus pembunuhan. Sejak itu, hidupnya benar-benar berubah. Dia bekerja di kantor detektif swasta. Dia melakukan apa saja, bahkan hal-hal ilegal dan dia tidak takut apa pun dalam hidupnya. Suatu hari hujan, ia bertemu Pyo In-Sook.
